We are seeking full-time Guest Services Representatives, who are vital to our company's success. Our customer service reps are the face of our company, handle our clients with exceptional customer service, and keep our customers coming back! Clients entrust our staff with the care of their precious pets.

Job requirements/specifics:

-Variable hours employment (between 35-40 hours per week)

-Available: 6:45am - 7pm daily, weekends and holidays required

-Very reliable transportation

-Must be comfortable with pets and dogs of ALL sizes

-Technology Requirements: Must type a minimum of 40 wpm, basic computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, Email

-Duties include: Checking pets in and out for lodging, daycare, and grooming; Professional and friendly communication with customers and veterinarians via phone, in person, and email; Making reservations; Working in kennel when needed; Caring for pets - cleaning, walking, feeding, and interacting; managing dogs of all temperaments, some dog baths

-Personality requirements: Upbeat, go-getter, organized, strong multi-tasker, works well individually or in a team environment, reliable

-Training provided

-Opportunities available for advancement within the company
