Get paid to spend time with animals! Fetch! Pet Care of Montana is hiring pet care professionals for dog walking and pet sitting. We are seeking friendly, reliable, and honest individuals who love animals of all kinds - dogs, cats, fish, horses, chickens or even lizards!

Fetch! Pet Care of Montana is locally owned and operated with the backing of the Nation’s leading pet care franchise. Servicing Bozeman, Livingston, Belgrade, Manhattan, and the Big Sky area.

You will be asked to complete services such as dog walking, drop-in visits, private doggie day care (in your home), private dog boarding (in your home), house sitting (in client’s home), horse care, and pet taxi service. You have the option to set your schedule and to accept only certain types of pets or service assignments.

This is not an independent contractor role; you will be a W-2 part-time employee who will receive training and most importantly, continuous support from the locally-based owner. Through our app you receive all possible pet care assignments and have the ability to accept only those you want. No need to market yourself or find your own assignments. We do that for you!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must genuinely love and have knowledge around caring for pets
• Must live in or around the areas we service: Bozeman, Livingston, Belgrade, Manhattan, Big Sky
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must own a smartphone with internet, texting, and email capabilities
• Must pass a background check
• 18+ years of age preferred
• Must be able to complete the Fetch! Pet Care training program
• Must follow safety protocols according to brand standards and training
• Must put the welfare of the animals at the forefront of all you do

EXPERIENCE

• Experience with animals required
• Vet Tech, shelter or volunteer experience preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Cat and dog CPR qualified or animal safety training a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to be on your feet as assignment requires
• Must be able to visually observe surroundings at least 150 feet away
• Must be capable of effectively controlling the leash of all sized dogs if accepting dog walking assignments
• Must be able to think on your feet, be a team player, and communicate effectively

This is a part-time position with flexible hours and great pay! Employees will be getting in on the ground floor. We anticipate growing quickly as we build our brand and clientele and need the best talent to join our team.
