Pharmacy technicians at CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital do all these things by supporting our pharmacists in dispensing medication to patients. You’ll help to prepare and dispense a variety of pharmacy products. Examples include Sterile preparations, antibiotics, controlled substances, chemotherapy, and much more.
You’ll be trained to use technology for dispensing, packaging, barcoding, and restocking medication as part of the pharmacy team.
Pay:
- Base pay starts at $17.49 an hour, going upwards with experience credit or certification
- Evening and weekend shift differential

Available schedules include:
- Full-time day shift: 72-80 or 80 hours every two weeks | Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m-3:00 p.m.; every other weekend, rotating holidays
- Part-time day shift: 40 hours every two weeks | Flexible weekdays 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m., every other weekend, holiday rotation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire
- Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred
- Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program is preferred
- Previous experience is preferred
