Position Purpose:

Phone Ministers will assist in fulfilling the mission and vision of Andrew Wommack Ministries by giving our partners, friends, and contacts a great experience through excellent communication and service over the phone. This position will process orders and donations, and minister and pray with contacts.

Essential Duties:

• Adhere to all policies and procedures for each skillset performed on inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain a high level of professional and graceful communication, embodying Andrews message of Gods unconditional love and grace to each contact
• Process product orders and donations using online donor systems
• Minister and pray in a way that is in line with Andrew Wommacks doctrine
• Efficiently and accurately use multiple computer programs to serve each contact
• Actively participate in one on one and group mentoring sessions to continually calibrate and improve professional and godly communication abilities
• Be a positive team player, uplifting and encouraging fellow team members
• Stay up-to-date in trained skillsets through continual review of email updates, continuing education, and SharePoint instructions in between phone calls

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Above average Windows-based computer and multi-program navigation skills
• Sound knowledge of Andrews doctrine and his specific teachings
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to receive corrective feedback from supervisors
• Work within a cubicle in a call center environment
• Must be able to utilize softphone headset and dual monitor set up for taking consecutive phone calls
• Ability to utilize a 20 computer screen at normal resolution

Requirements:

• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Must sign the Statement of Faith
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required
• Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred

• Must be able and comfortable leading someone to receive the gift of speaking in tongues
• Must pass a computer assessment to qualify
• Must pass a background check

Experience:

• Customer service experience preferred
• Previous phone center experience preferred
• Previous ministry experience preferred
• Compensation is commensurate with experience
