Description & Responsibilities - FULLY Paid Training Program – Full-Time W2 position

Areas this position will cover, however, not limited to: Sterling, Leesburg, Tysons Corner, Dulles - The ideal candidate will live within five to ten miles of one of these areas.

• Automotive Data Agents – Photography
• Photo, video, collect data on car dealership parking lots on company supplied equipment.
• Upload images and data on company supplied iPhones.
• Print stickers out of your car with company supplied printers and equipment.
• Work established contracted dealership routes – Typically Mon – Fri, some weekends.
• Ability to work independently and outdoors in various temperatures for extended periods of time.
• Ability to have clean and clear communication with dealerships and company staff.
• Travel Between Dealerships Daily – Typically 2 – 5 stores routes total per week.
• Paid Training Program based on 40 hours / 5-day work– Full-Time W2 position.
• Expected hour availability 40hrs. per week, starting time 8:30am.

What you Need

• Reliable transportation to service established routes – car, truck, suv
• Must possess a valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and follow company patterns.
• Focus on Quality Work before learning quantity of work.
• Typically driving 1 – 3 hours per day
• Wi-Fi and Computer for at home, admin work – 30 minutes per day average.
• Ability to walk between 3 – 5 miles per day.
• Ability to work occasionally weekends due to weather.
• Ability to drive Manual Transmission cars.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected 1st year income - $32,000 - $40,000. *Based on cars processed, bonuses, hours worked
• Year 2 and beyond expected income - $42,000+ *Based on cars processed, bonuses, hours worked, raises earned.
• Hourly Guarantee based on hours worked.
• Commission on cars photographed / services per car.
• Bonuses based on cars per week / services per week.
• Mileage reimbursement

Dealership, Automotive, Photography, or Route Experience is not necessary, but is a plus.

This is a 20+ year old family owned and operated company.

Salary: $32,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
