H2 Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work at our Greenbrier Valley Physical Therapy outpatient clinic located in Ronceverte, WV. We are looking for someone that is willing to cover different locations within the area on a needed basis. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about helping others, committed to providing quality care and looking to grow within our family. In this position, you will be primarily working with the adult population and will be evaluating and treating patients with primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, post-op, and balance programs. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"

Qualifications:

• Valid state license to practice Physical Therapist
• Licensed Physical therapist with experience in an outpatient setting
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and families
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively document patient treatment and progress
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Must pass a required background check
• Current CPR certification

Facility Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Hour per week: 40 hours per week

Sign-on Bonus: Yes - $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Performance Bonus Incentive: Yes - Up to an additional $30K annually for PTs and $9,600 for PTAs
