Position Summary

4.5 day work week!

Physical Therapist needed for growing, multi-disciplinary pain management and orthopedic practice. The position is 100% outpatient pain management with no on call hours. The physical therapist will provide exemplary patient care for established and new patients and be able to work well with other providers in a team-based treatment approach. The provider will be adept at conducting patient evaluations, treating a variety of musculoskeletal issues, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and communicating well with other providers to assist in the best care for patients. Salaried position plus bonuses!

Expectations

Physical therapy evaluations and follow-up treatments are 40 minutes. We also utilize physical therapy assistants to help in treatment and guide therapeutic exercises. The provider must be comfortable with facilitating a comprehensive treatment plan for patients, including referring for conservative therapies and interventional treatments.

Candidate will provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner. The provider will also provide exemplary patient care and must be able to work in a professional manner with a team. The provider will be able to proactively work independently and collaboratively and will demonstrate the company’s values of excellence, poise, leadership, and service. The ideal candidate will have experience in pain management, orthopedic spine or neurosurgery, new graduates considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
