Job description
Primary job responsibilities:Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore reinforce and enhance functional performance of long-term care and subacute care residents.
Identifying need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the residents.
Instruct educate and train residents and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient Independence and productivity, and order to diminish or correct pathology.
Minimum requirements: license in the state of New Jersey ; minimum of one year in a skilled nursing setting
Job type: per diem
Experience: therapy: 1 year ( preferred)
License: NJ PT
This is a Per Diem position. Hours can fluctuate based on census.
Must be licensed in New Jersey.
