Action Potential Physical Therapy (a Physical Rehabilitation Network brand) is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company in the Colorado Springs metroplex. We set the bar with an industry leading $1500 per year in continuing education reimbursement and our 2-year $10,000 student loan payment plan. This Physical Therapist Position is located at: 328 Main St, Colorado Springs, CO 80911.

Pay range: $70,000-80,000.00 per job-related experience + monthly incentive potential = annual potential income of $90,000.00.

Position Summary:

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance based rules and regulations
