Currently, we are seeking to contract with a qualified and experienced pediatric Physical Therapists on 3 days/week in April for 12 weeks. This is a temporary part-time EI Service Coordinator position to evaluate referred Infants & toddlers for early intervention eligibility in New Castle County, DE.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:

• A Current Physical Therapy License in the State of DE
• Experience working in Birth to 3 Early Intervention; Home Based Service Delivery Experience
• Familiar with using the DAYC-2 Assessment tool
• Professional Liability Insurance
