Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in the Northern part of Lake County, IL.

Schedule:

• Full time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, flexible start/end time
• No weekends or on-call required

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000/yr base salary, dependent on experience

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Perform direct patient care including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems
• Plan, design and implement physical therapy treatment plans
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care
• Maintain compliance in accordance with quality assurance policies/procedures
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including PT’s, OT’s, sports medicine doctors, PTA’s, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, preferred
• 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an Outpatient Orthopedic clinic setting

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
