We are an outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Tenafly, NJ.

We treat various populations, spanning from pediatric and young adult athletes to geriatrics, with diagnoses varying from all orthopedic diagnoses, including sports injuries and spine injuries, post surgical diagnoses including TKR and THR, as well as some neurological diagnoses including MS and CVA .

Our therapists are all highly trained, and have additional certifications in the Mckenzie method, Mulligan method, Maitland approach, CSCS certifications and dry needling certifications, as well as a vast history of continuing education including Feldenkrais method, MET , SI joint specialty, and FMT approach.

We believe in hiring skilled therapists, who are highly motivated to help their patients return to function as quickly as possible. We foster a cohesive environment in the clinic, amongst all staff members. Continuing Education is highly encouraged and methods are shared between therapists.

Our focus is quality patient care, and as such, we only schedule 1 - 2 patients an hour, allowing for 1 hour evaluations, and 30 minute treatment sessions. We do not overbook.

New Grads are welcome and mentoring is available. Onboarding for new grads will include training and gradual scheduling to acclimate.

Prime Orthopedic Rehabilitation is an outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic in Tenafly, NJ.

We are looking for a Full Time physical therapist, licensed in the state of NJ, to provide physical therapy in our newly renovated state of the art clinic, in Tenafly, NJ.

At Prime, we schedule 1 - 2 patients an hour, to give our therapists sufficient time to work with patients. We support our staff and offer competitive rates. Our office is a therapeutic environment where patients are highly satisfied with their services, and therapists feel supported in their work. We are proud to foster continuing education.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Therapists must be organized and diligent with their documentation; Therapists will use WEBPT as an EMR to complete their documentation. Staff training is provided on using WEBPT.
• Therapists will need to develop a plan of care based on physician’s orders and evaluation findings, perform patient evaluations, including all pertinent tests and measurements appropriate for required documentation in a timely manner, communicate in a timely manner with other health care professionals, and adhere to billing compliance standards.
• Therapists will need to communicate and coordinate well with our front office staff.
• Therapists will need to be able to utilize a PT Aide appropriately (there is a PT aide on staff at all times to assist the therapist).

Qualifications and Skills

• Therapists must have a valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License and a valid Driver's license
• Orthopedic outpatient experience is preferred; New Grads welcome
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States as we are not able to sponsor applicants for work visas at this point in time.

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff safe, all patients are screened the night before an appointment and upon arrival for their appointments. Upon entering, all staff & patients must wash their hands, and must wear a mask at all times. Patients temperature is taken as well.
