Elite Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist Rehab Director to help lead day-to-day operations at our out patient clinic within an assisted living facility. Our ideal candidate has leadership experience and is detail oriented. You will provide direct supervision to our agency clinicians and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures. You will coordinate with facility staff to identify and assist in the referral of residents in need of therapy services. As a physical therapist, you will evaluate, asses, and treat patients within your scope of practice within the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinic therapists and assistants.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with facility and agency staff.
• Demonstrate efficient and professional communication with staff, employees and management of Elite Therapy
• Conform to standard physical therapy practice standards and regulations.
• Perform physical therapy procedures, as directed by physician.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the patient's condition using diagnostic tools and equipment, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed physical therapist, in good standing in the state of Indiana
• Must have CPR certification
• Must have a criminal background check
• Must be able to interact with health professionals at all levels
• Preferred to have management skills
• Preferred to have at least 3 years of outpatient experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,600.00 per week
