Highlights
Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to join our new Diabetes Management Clinic on the campus of Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. Ideal candidates will have an interest in Type II Diabetes management, as well as working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team that includes NPs, social work, pharmacy and a Diabetes educator. Our collegial group works seamlessly to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

- Option for 100% focus on Type II Diabetes management or
- Mix of Diabetes management + full-scope Endocrinology practice
Licensure & Certification
BE/BC in Endocrinology and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
