HSE West/Saolta University Health Care Group There is currently one whole time permanent Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist positon available in the COPD Outreach, in each of the following sites: Sligo University Hospital & Portiuncula University Hospital. The commitment for this post will be for 35 hours per week to work within the associated community-based ambulatory care hub. It is noted that the post must be congruent with the requirements of, and facilitate implementation of Sláintecare, and the HSE’s National Framework for the Integrated Prevention and Management of Chronic Respiratory Disease, the National Clinical Respiratory Programme and the Enhanced Community Care Business Case, including commitment to deliver the relevant performance outcomes A panel may be created for Physiotherapist, Clinical Specialist in COPD Outreach, Sligo University Hospital & Portiuncula University Hospital from which permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part time duration may be filled
