ThreadBeast is a men's clothing subscription company based out of LA. Our customers receive new clothing from us monthly based on their personal style.

We are currently looking for Picking and Packing Specialists to curate and fill packages for our members.

How it works:

Customers go to our site and fill out a style profile. This profile includes their sizes, colors they like to wear and other style likes and dislikes. Our Picking and Packing Specialists do not use RF Scanners but instead use these style profiles and their own fashion sense to a build outfits from scratch and curate a package that our customers will love every month.

What your day would look like:

Your day to day in our warehouse will consist of frequent computer use, printing labels through UPS, & packing the outfit YOU curated. (Please visit www.threadbeast.com to get a better understanding of our style profiles and our customers' experience.)

Our Ideal Candidates:

We are looking for Team Members that are detail oriented, fast-paced, computer proficient and are dedicated to creating packages our customers will enjoy!

*Our interviews do include typing and quality assurance assessments*

AVAILABLE SHIFTS -

AM Shift- 4am - 1230pm

Starting Pay Rate: $16.25 an hour. After the probation period there is an opportunity for a pay raise based on performance(Up to $20 an hour)

Hours: Full Time- 40 hours a week Monday-Friday and OT available

Responsibilities:

• Reading through and understanding customer’s style profiles
• Creating packages that matches customers’ style and sizes
• Packaging and shipping packages through UPS and USPS
• Keying in package items to our database( Typing 35+ WPM)
• Filling 65+ packages a day

Requirements:

• Basic Math Skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to adapt from one task to another
• Able to learn tasks quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail Experience
• Fulfillment Experience
• Knowledge of Streetwear trends
• Excel/ Google Sheets Proficient
• Proven success in fast paced environments
• Team Player
• Fast Learner
