Club Pilates is super excited to introduce our NEW STUDIO Highland Park/St. Paul - Opening April 2023!

We are actively expanding our family and seeking Certified Pilates Instructors with a passion for fitness and instructors with confidence in working with all level of clients to provide challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes in a safe manner. Club Pilates offers blocked scheduling and shifts, the ability to teach multiple level classes, club membership, continuing education, employee status (not independent contractor), room for growth and a supportive & fun environment!

We are currently hiring at our Blaine, Arden Hills, White Bear Lake, Eagan and Woodbury locations, as well. Choose a location that works best for you and join our growing team.

• Provide Pilates instruction to include demo classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private training as scheduled by management and pursuant to Club Pilates standards
• Instruct clients (up to 12 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment
• Visually inspect the equipment prior to the beginning of class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use
• Responsible for studio tidiness and returning equipment to standards set by studio management
• Remain up to date with all Club Pilates education implementing current standards at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

• 500 hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard) Comfortable adding TRX, Barre, and Trigger Point modalities to teaching repertoire
• Up to date CPR training and/or willingness to obtain
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety
• Experience teaching 6 or more participants in an apparatus based group class
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, walk, push, pull, lift, work with fingers, grasp, feel, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. and be able to move/push equipment as needed
• Prolonged standing
• Must be able to speak and hear well enough to communicate well with others both one-to-one and in front of groups. Strong reasoning ability; able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, written or oral instructions; able to deal calmly and logically with problems and people, even under pressure
• Ability to think and process information quickly, clearly and accurately
