Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Pizza Chef for one of our clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The main responsibilities for the role will be to head up the pizza department and manage the team ensuring exceptional service, assisting the food offering of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in prepping and cooking pizza in a restaurant setting
- Show a positive attitude and can do mentality
- Ensure pizza standards are consistent and of high quality
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed along with overall kitchen cleanliness
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate pizza making skills from fresh dough to creative/traditional toppings
- Experience in high volume environment
- Pride in delivering quality consistent food presentations
- Solid culinary organisational skills
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Show initiative and excellent problem solving skills
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary package of €15.00 – €16.00 per hour
