Bigalora is fast growing Italian restaurant group focused on Neapolitan pizza, and we are seeking a Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers to support our growth. We currently have locations in Southfield, Royal Oak, Ann Arbor, Plymouth as well as multiple food trucks , with more new locations planned. Our restaurants have a neighborhood, family vibe and we are looking managers who understand that our culture and food quality come first. Pizza Cook Job Description:
- Responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Cleaning up station
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks
Pizza Cook Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly
- Proven pizza cook experience
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Driver’s License
