We are a wholesale nursery that specializes in a wide variety of drought-tolerant and desert-adapted plants, from 1-gallon perennials to 36″ box trees. Job Description and Requirements

Various positions are available throughout our nursery team, including tasks such as customer service, maintenance, propagation, production, irrigation, and chemical application. Our team completes all tasks from seed to sale and everything in between. Everyday tasks include planting, pruning, moving plants, loading trucks, watering, staking trees, pulling weeds, placing irrigation, and other various nursery activities.

This is strenuous work requiring good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and the ability to work all day in varying greenhouse and outdoor areas.

Applicants must be able to stand for long periods of time. All jobs are outside, and applicant must be willing to work in all types of weather and be exposed to the elements. This includes, wind, rain, dust, cold, humidity, and extreme heat etc. Chemicals are applied in the nursery, and all employees are required to follow all safety guidelines established for chemical applications. Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and 100+ pounds with a dolly.

Wages and Benefits

Hourly wages start at $13.85-15 depending on experience. Benefits for all full-time employees include Company Assisted Healthcare, Dental and Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, and Sick Time. We are also offering a $200 sign on bonus that will be paid out after 90 days.
