We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years as a Machine Operator. Plastic Extrusion and experience making a product from start to finish are highly desired. We are willing to train the right candidate on our equipment. Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift, Overtime Available

Shift Differential: .10 for 2nd Shift, .25 for 3rd Shift

Job Description:

• Set up and operate extrusion machinery according to job orders (extrusion experience is not required)
• Troubleshoot general issues with machinery, fix jams, etc.
• Oversee the operation of machinery, feed materials through machine to keep up with production
• Inspect finished product visually; ability to use micrometers and read a tape measure
• Make necessary adjustments to machinery; speed, feed, temperature, etc.
• Maintain production logs
• Work well with others and follow all safety standards

You should be proficient in:

• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Deburring Experience
• Plastic Extrusion Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
