SUMMARY:
- Processes all non-discretionary players card transactions.
- Performs players club duties.
- Upholds the highest commitment to customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verifies guests I.D.'s before every transaction.
- Verifies the guest's name and age to make sure they are the proper gaming age and accurate accounts are brought up.
- Data input for customer tracking system and point analysis. This consists of: inputting new player information into Oasis, scanning their I.D. card for records and generating the proper players card for the level of the guest.
- Generate prize and coupon vouchers with friendly explanation and understanding of the promotion.
- Verifies point and comp redemptions.
- Issues and redeems coupons from both Oasis and Kman.
- Must have an understanding of ALL the current promotions and be able to explain to guests.
- Process documentation based on current ICMP's and gaming regulations.
- Remain up-to-date on gaming laws and ICMP's and their changes.
- Answer telephones in a friendly manner for guests and other department services. Many departments and guests rely on the players club to explain any promotion that may be in question.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with other departments.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with customers and employees.
- Provide all aspects of customer service including: a basic understanding of local events for guest explanation and an understanding of the casino and where guests can find what they are looking for or any information they would need.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to ask questions and apply deductive reasoning and listening skills are essential.

- Using and viewing a computer screen on a daily basis is mandatory.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Able to read, comprehend and interpret simple instructions, correspondence, memos and documents such as safety rules, operating manuals and procedures and maintenance instructions.

- Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in small units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Able to apply common sense, patience and understanding while carrying out detailed written and/or oral instructions.
- Able to deal with and present problem-solving ideas that involve concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Colorado Gaming License is required.
