Plumbing

We are currently fast track hiring for a large Commercial Project in the Bradenton area that will last 2+ years and have opportunities for permanent position and advancement. All levels of experience needed. Great hours 6:30 am till finished (usually 3 pm)

Job Duties: included but not limited to the following.

• Digging
• Soldering
• Core Drilling
• Basic knowledge of rough-in
• Accurate use of tape measure
• Knowledge of basic math, including fractions
• Knowledge of current code
• Copper, PVC, CPVC, and Cast-Iron installations
• Sanitary systems and venting
• Ability to perform Tub Sets (cast iron & steel), and second roughs
• Shower Pan installations
• Proper heights, strapping and support of Stub-outs
• Proper sealing of all openings (rodent proof)
• Problem solving/Troubleshooting.
• Installation of Fixtures
• Testing of completed work.
• Thorough clean-up of completed work.
• Any reasonable job or task assigned by supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Florida Driver License with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen, and background check.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of (3) to (5) years of experience in related field.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Positive initiative-taker who is coachable and willing to learn new things.
• Must be able to regularly lift and /or move up to fifty pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds.
