The LFS Group is looking for a Plumbing Design Coordinator! The Plumbing Design Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day drawing layout, drawing detailing, and coordination of all required projects. This role reports to the Design Manager and will be responsible for providing support from award to stamped drawing submission.

Job Responsibilities (list is not inclusive):

• Layout and oversight of all plumbing disciplines.
• Work under the direction of design professionals and Design manager.
• Ensure construction documents’ accuracy based on narrative outline and required discipline.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines’ design-changes and model challenges.
• Adhere to project workflow criteria.
• Follow discipline content standards and development procedures.
• May take the lead on developing first hand modeling through software applications
• Publish drawing sets for office and field personnel.
• Attend virtual/ onsite coordination meetings with design disciplines
• Produce content for and participate in coordination meetings.
• Coordination with other departments for identification of prefabrication.
• Ability to export drawings into relevant formats for collaboration internally and externally.
• High level of communication and good writing skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Additional items based on direction

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of Plumbing
• Ability to read and understand Project Narratives & Specification
• Must demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of blueprints and schematics.
• AutoCAD (Not Required- Training available)
• Bluebeam/ADOBE
• Microsoft Office
• High level of communication and good writing skills.
• Extremely organized
• Outstanding Coordination skills
• Time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
