We are seeking Plumbing Technicians to join our team. A Technician will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers face with accuracy and efficiency. We are seeking a technician that is dedicated to assisting our customers. Our technicians must be patient, empathetic and respectful to our clients at all times. We are seeking a person with strong problem-solving skills and is confident at troubleshooting issues to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems. Includes: fixtures, toilets, faucets, water heaters, soldering, and other common plumbing repairs
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes.
• Qualified applicant should have a basic knowledge of the plumbing codes, along with the experience and physical abilities to perform the work.
• Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.
• Sewer and drain clearing/cleaning experience.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Equally important is a good attitude and the willingness to learn and to teach.

Qualifications needed:

• Must have clean driver’s license.
• Minimum of 5 years plumbing experience.
• Have good communication skills, verbally and written.
• Good attendance history - a must.
• Must own and be comfortable using assorted hand tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing related issues in a residential home or small commercial buildings as well as communicate well with clients.
• Must be a self-starter, dependable and flexible to meet the demands of a busy company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
