Aviva Ireland General Insurance are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to join our Direct Digitisation Programme team in Dublin, this a 12-month contract that comes with full benefits.

About the role:
You will work directly with the Programme Manager with responsibility for leading the delivery of the Direct Digitisation programme. You will be responsible for collating key portfolio levels view of budgets, resourcing, benefits, risks, issues, actions and dependencies & status reporting to allow escalation and early intervention to resolve.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Programme Manager and Workstream leads with the running of the of the Direct Digitisation programme, including:
  • Collate the components of the monthly programme status reports
  • Maintain programme milestone plan
  • Maintain record of the Steering Committee Minutes, Actions & Decisions
  • Maintain record of the Design Authority Minutes, Actions & Decisions
  • Assist with the updates of Risks, Dependencies, Issues logs etc
  • Drafting of updates to the quality contract
  • Support with budget management actions eg tracking anomalies
  • Assist workstream activities on an ad-hoc basis
  • Support with team communication activities
  • Collation of regular status reports
  • Supporting the smooth running of the Steering Committee via responsibilities detailed
  • Supporting the smooth running of the Design Authority via responsibilities detailed
  • Assisting the Programme Manager with adherence to the Change Management standards via RAID log and Quality Contract maintenance
  • Supporting workstreams as required
Skills & Experience required
  • Personable, pro-active, professional with a desire to grow your experience on an exciting strategic change programme
  • Experience of project and programme status reporting
  • Experience in creation packs & reports for Senior Management, using PowerPoint, where attention to detail is key
  • Skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans
  • Proficient in Excel and creation of pivots & graphs for costs/KPI reporting
  • Awareness of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and external to the organisation
  • Knowledgeable in efficient Change Management methods
