This is an exciting opportunity to join a financial services company who is expanding at an exponential rate.
As a Junior PMO Analyst, you will be supporting the PM to deliver change initiatives in a timely and cost effective manner undertaking a PMO role to support various project "administration" elements - including
- resource on-boarding,
- budget maintenance
- PO set-up and invoice processing,
- meeting arrangements and minutes
- being involved in procurement, purchasing and billing invoices
- deliver clear and effective Stakeholder communications
- support the delivery of key project output
- tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones;
- supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables;
- monitoring the status of projects;
- coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles.
Ideally you have experience in the financial sector with experience in procurement.
