- Lead and oversee the PMO for Programmes or Portfolio of Programmes
- Lead a team assigned to a specific set of deliverables
- Preparing and checking governance material
- Support Programme Manager and Delivery leads
- Ensure high quality reporting, RAID, resource management and financials/budgets management
- Resource demand and supply management
- Programme quality assurance activities
Skills:
- Extensive PMO experience in waterfall and agile
- Lean/Continuous improvement mind set
- Strong risk and governance understanding
- Experience of Programme Quality Assurance
- Team leadership in PMO environment
- Senior Stakeholder influencing experience
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong Excel Skills and Full MS Suite
- Experience of Clarity and PowerBI preferable
- Experience of Jira and Confluence; Atlassian Suite
