Work days/Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM

The POS Clerk III is responsible for the coordinating, ordering, tracking, and assuring delivery of POS, Racks, Merchandisers, and coupons at Sales Centers.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain “Audit Ready” culture by ensuring all inventory documentation is complete, accurate and filed on time.
  • Maintain on-hand inventory of levels of POS, coordinate transfer to sales
  • Receive all POS at facility, sort, organize and add to inventory tracker
  • Communicate to requestors of receipt of POS orders, racks and graphics
  • Assemble and Pre-Stage Racks and coordinate with Distribution team on delivery, assist Business Manager with any other administration duties as needed.
  • Distribute small POS, racks, small coolers as assigned, ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Track distribution of POS by Sales Route
  • Communicate to vendors shortages and invoice discrepancies
  • Provide monthly inventory report
  • Assist management with functions relating to meetings, celebrations and coordinating “Hero” distribution of incentives
  • Assist administrative staff with coverage of reception
  • Other duties or projects as assigned


Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Experience in managing inventory
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • High School diploma

Compensation: Up to $18.56 hour based on experience. Additional local incentives may apply such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses and more.


General Purpose

The Clerk III is responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.

  • Answer and direct telephone calls
  • Data entry, filing and other administrative duties
  • Handle routine correspondence, including mail, email & faxes
  • Interface with customers and employees
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Inventory and purchase supplies

Qualifications

  • High Scholl Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred
  • AS400 or SAP work experience preferred
  • Strong communication required and ability to coach co-workers
  • Strong organization and computer skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette with multi-phone line experience
  • Strong data entry
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
