Full-Time & Part-time Hourly range starting at $7.00 hourly + tips with benefits. Located in Las Cruces, NM. Working out of our Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces.

Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
- Passionately deliver refined, seamless service.
- Greet and welcome guests at the bar or in the pool bar area.
- Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Pour drinks, using standard pour according to specifications. Prepare drinks for bar guests and fulfill drink orders for Servers.
- Maintain cleanliness of all bar and lounge areas, including ice bins, shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns.
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
- Ability to work on your feet in for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
- 6 months to 1 year experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred but not required.
