Pool Route Manager/Pool Route Builder

Thank you for taking the time to consider this position. My name is Shaun and Im the owner of Good Life Pool and Spa Care here in Mesa AZ. We started in 2018, and have been growing rapidly over the past 4-5 years.

I am looking to build and fill a new role within our company to help pick up the slack in the areas that I consider my downfalls.

Essentially what I am looking for is someone that can come in and fulfill a couple different duties (In no particular order of importance) :

1. Help manage the current pool routes. AKA fill in on tech sick days, help techs with their pools after big storms, make sure the techs are doing a good job on their pools (spot checks), and help answer questions that come from the techs when they are dealing with a problem pool.

2. We currently have a couple full time techs, but managing them is not going to fill your days. During this initial phase you will help build routes as we gain new customers. I will handle all the marketing, repairs and customer onboarding, but you will be responsible for optimizing the routes and building it to the point that we can hire another tech to take over that route. (Essentially a Build, Hire, Repeat model)

3. Customer success manager: I feel that I am strong in the areas of meeting new customers and creating that initial bond. However, I truely have no time to maintaining those relationships and make sure the customer continually stays happy. Im working every minute I’m awake, and I can tell my ability to give every customer the attention they deserve is slipping. This is important to me and I would really like to see this area get back up to par ASAP.

I will provide you with a truck and any tools that you need. The position is W2 and pay will be DOE, but it’s important to me that this role be filled with a quality person so I’m okay with paying above market.$65,000-75,000 depending on performance. I would prefer someone with atleast 5 years experience, but I’m open to someone with 3-5 years experience if they have the right work ethic.

We are based in the East Valley and 90% of our pools are in Mesa/Gilbert. The closer you are too Mesa the better.
