Full Job Description

General:

* Looking for an experienced screen repair person to start up a screen repair division for an established pool company with retail, service and repair services. Ideal candidate is highly motivated and can start up this new division. Salary dependent on experience but would also include an hourly rate plus monthly commission bonus based on overall installs completed. Actual work is generated by a lead system or estimator and handed off to screen repair tech to complete jobs.

* Starting pay $20 an hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

Install Pool Cages and Screen Rooms
Complete Full Rescreens & Service Calls
Ensure company tools, vehicles, and other property are properly used, maintained and accounted for.
Professionally represent the company with honesty and integrity in all business matters
Perform other duties when assigned
Ability to work within given production timelines to meet deadlines
Strong Problem solving/critical thinking skills
Must be comfortable with heights and use of ladders and walk-boards
Ability to turn in accurate time reports and completed work orders
MUST have valid FL drivers license and clean driving record
Must be dependable
Maintain excellent attendance, client feedback, and supervisor evaluations.
ability to work outside in the FL heat and humidity
effective communication skills in order to communicate with customers
follow instructions and effectively finish all assigned tasks in a timely manner
