We seek aPorter with strength and expertise in maintenance operations, vendor management, facility management, owner relations, and preventative maintenance. As an on-site team member, you will be responsible for upholding all maintenance aspects of the property and ensure compliance with Asset's policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

What you'll do:

• Maintenance Management - Obtain the community's ongoing & preventative maintenance along with vendor relations, emergency protocols, and daily maintenance work order tasks.
• Customer & Resident Relations - Ensure consistency of quality work and timeliness of request turnaround while managing excellent customer service.

What you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; preferred experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
