Specific Duties:
- To carry out all duties in line with departmental Standards Manual (Leading Quality Assurance) and ensure that the Guest Services Assistant checklist is fully completed by the end of the shift;
- To carry out cleaning duties;
- To be knowledgeable and informed about the introduction of new products and new procedures;
- Organise onward transportation for the guests and to carry guests luggage to and from bedrooms;
- To valet park guests cars;
- To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently;
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of another language is a plus
- Previous experience in a 5-Star environment
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- Driver's license
- Ability to multitask, and to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong emotional intelligence to connect with guests and respond to inquiries with empathy, sense of luxury and professionalism at all times
