SkyePoint Decisions is seeking an ambitious, relationship focused, growth-minded individual to join our team as a Portfolio Program Manager to focus on the subcontract portfolio programs and report to the Programs Director.

This person will need the ability to work a hybrid schedule in our Dulles, VA office.

Responsibilities:

*The Portfolio Program Manager will

• Serve as the Program Manager for a portfolio of contracts where SkyePoint is a subcontractor and smaller prime contracts.
• Achieve annual revenue goal and organic growth bookings target for assigned portfolio; support Corporate revenue and bookings goals.
• Execute and strategically grow portfolio.
• Guarantee contracts are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. Achieve “very good” and “exceptional” rating on prime contracts.
• Establish and strengthen customer relationships with both Primes and Federal Government. Escalate issues on contract delivery to the Programs Director.
• Lead employee engagement program to increase staff morale and strengthen SkyePoint culture in a virtual work environment. Ensure strong employee communications and relationships as measured by retention.
• Engage with staff directly via regular, frequent site visits, phone calls and other mechanisms to ensure the Voice of the Employee is being heard.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to backfill openings and enable growth by filling new positions quickly.
• Support the establishment, maturity, and maintenance of Program Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve strategic objectives.
• Responsible for accurate and timely timecard compliance and annual performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience managing operations or programs teams.
• Experience supporting Federal contracts or leading Federal Projects/Programs.
• Demonstrated team-building skills to include experience mentoring and coaching others.
• Commitment to obtain PMP Certification within 6-months of start date.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance or higher.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Experience:

Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.

• Experience delivering $10M contracts.
• Cloud, cybersecurity and/or software background.
• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
