PostNet is located in Chattanooga's West Village shopping area.

The PostNet store manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations and staff and assisting customers with design and print services as well as all other retail offerings. Also responsible for training, scheduling, and supervising staff. Must use independent decision-making skills to resolve customer complaints and recommend product and process improvements.

PostNet services include graphic design, printing, shipping, full-service packing, faxing, copying and business services with a focus on helping our business clients with their marketing needs. Types of print materials include business cards, brochures, presentations, signage and more.

Qualifications:

· Customer Service - Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment required

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Ability to translate customer requirements into final products and services

· Ability to handle customer complaints and problems in an independent and professional manner

· Print / Design Knowledge - Experience working in a print environment preferred

· Base knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred Managerial Capabilities

· Two years’ supervisory experience preferred

· Trains, schedules, and supervises all center staff

· Evaluates staff performance and gives feedback and correction, as warranted

· Screens and recommends potential new staff members.

· Performs administrative duties, including inventory and supply control, pricing and stocking

· Continually reviews processes and procedures to ensure efficient center operation

· Evaluates and recommends new products and services to the franchise owner

· Consistently demonstrates superior service and time management skills to staff

· Will be responsible for hiring decisions and conducting performance evaluations

Other Skills

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Outstanding time management and organizational skills

· Multitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks

· Associate’s degree in a business field; bachelor’s degree preferred.

· May substitute experience for education.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software.

· Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
