Primary Functions of the Job:
Install, repair, construct, test, adjust and service computers (including main frame and CPUs), electrical/electronic, recording/control, refrigeration/air conditioning equipment and all other systems located at a Power Plant.
Knowledge of AC-DC motors, controls, instrumentation, combustion, metering, process control, power distribution and schematics. Responsible for instrumentation repair and calibration
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
High School education. Minimum of 3 years experience as journeyman maintaining AC-DC motors, controls, instrumentation, combustion, metering, process control, power distribution and schematics. Must be able and willing to work all shifts, including rotating.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Graduate of an approved apprentice program preferred. If not, technical training beyond high school is desired.
