Key Responsibilities:

– Lead a team of PPC Executive to ensure smooth delivery of the paid marketing strategy globally

– Establish and develop a robust bidding strategy that achieves monetary and customer acquisition goals on both global and market level

– Work closely with Paid Marketing Analytics team to develop the bidding strategy and identify opportunities for further growth

– Stay up-to-date with PPC products & features development relevant to the Travel Industry

– Provide updates internally around PPC performance and actions when requested

– Develop a highly efficient team of PPC executives

– Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders

Skills/Experience needed:

– Experience as a team lead in the Digital Marketing field for a minimum 2 year

– People Management: managing performance of direct reports, delivering feedback to promote a high standard of work

– Critical thinking: the ability to identify root cause for errors and come up with a solution to fix them

– Strategic thinking: an understanding of business strategy and the ability to prioritize work to meet company goals

– Curiosity about coding (SQL, Python, R or Javascript)

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
