Job description
- Provide administrative services support to attorneys with a focus on tasks requiring on-site execution and in person interaction with attorneys and legal support staff.
- Transcription of high-volume dictation; word processing tasks including formatting, editing, and revising documents in Microsoft Word.
- Coordinate with Practice Coordinators on litigation and transactional practice matters, time entry, case management, and business development activities.
- Scanning, saving, and organizing case and deal related documents for attorneys and other misc. clerical support.
- Receive, assess, and prioritize projects and tasks providing clear and timely communication on project and task status.
- Other clerical and practice-specific duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Minimum of two years of administrative support experience required. Experience working in a professional services environment a plus.
- Ability to be onsite 4 days a week, with flexibility for 5 based on attorney need.
