Join our team as our Practice Manager!
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the clinic, as well as maintaining excellent relationships with our patients. You will help to coordinate care, manage our team, and ensure that the clinic is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. This position covers many of the administrative and oversight duties related to the daily operations as well as being able to learn and jump into any team member’s position when necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following but are not limited to:
☆ Provides Supervision/Support to Front Office team, Doctors, and Marketing team
☆ Verifies and ensures timecards are complete and submitted to payroll
☆ Staff Schedules: developing weekly & monthly schedules including coverage for vacation time
☆ Coordinates onboarding and orientation of new team members
☆ Team Training: making sure team members are completely trained in their position and continue to meet standards, grow, and develop. Coordinating weekly training.
☆ Schedule & run team meetings and trainings
☆ General administrative duties
☆ Management-specific behavior and demeanor
☆ Firing: eliminating team members that do not meet our standards after attempting to retrain
☆ Hiring: hiring the right people for the right positions
☆ Standard Operating Procedures: maintaining and updating Standard Operating procedures to facilitate training of current and future team members
☆ Income planning: projections of profit and costs, bank deposits, auto debit management
☆ Management of Front Office Manager Marketing Manager, Lead Doctor, and report to Owners
☆ Communication: written and oral communication with Owners and Team
☆ Multitasking and Fast Learner: able to complete important tasks in a timely manner and willing to learn ANYTHING to jump into roles, hire and train the right people to take over the roles
☆ Facility Maintenance: makings sure the appropriate companies are maintaining the appearance and operation of our practice
☆ Patient/Employee Concern: handling concerns or upsets in a timely, professional manner
☆ Practice growth: this practice continues to grow every year
☆Display leadership qualities and behaviors as outlined, but not limited to: Pleasant even disposition, Address and triage complaints in a positive and professional manner, Represent Staff in a positive light at all times, Handle personnel matters, Maintain clear lines of responsibility with others.

Must be able to effectively communicate with doctors, team, patients, and other providers with a professional demeanor. Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods. Must have the dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Patient care will be part of the job functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
