We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to help supervise the daily operations of our MedSpa. The Practice Manager will also be responsible for helping to create, implement and oversee administrative policies, marketing strategies, ensuring that our office complies with all regulatory requirements and offering administrative support to our providers and medical assistants. In this crucial role, the successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and professional. A strong background in medspa/medical office administration is a must. An education with a background in business administration or marketing is preferred.

We have two locations, but you will be based out of our downtown Littleton office. Our Golden location will be part of the administration and overall management responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
• Prepare and administer payroll.
• Handle all hires and terminations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide counsel to staff members.
• Work as part of a team.
• Assure financial accountability for the business.
• Have a strong background with Microsoft Office suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,217.00 - $64,199.00 per year
