Storm Search is looking for precision Grinder/ Machinist.
-Air Conditioned Machine Shop
Duties:
-Set up, program, adjust and operate multiple machines.
- Perform grinding operations (OD, ID, facing on components used for manufacturing of precision electromechanical components.
- Be able to operate Manual Lathe and Manual Mill are required.
-Inspects the work of themselves and others.
- Understands GD&T
-Preventative Maintenance of machines, including draining and changing wash and coolant tanks.
- Train as needed.
Experience/ Education Required:
- Experience with Struder S20, Okuma GI-10 and Okuma GI-5 grinders.
- High school or Ged
- Okuma Machining experience preferred.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience and demonstrated proficiency of machine set up and operating precision grinding machines in an AS9100 and ISO9000 controlled environment preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $26.00 per hour
