-Full time Preschool Teacher: TO START IMMEDIATELY

HIRING BONUS $750:

• $ 150 at end of 1st month worked
• $ 600 after successful completion of 90-day probation

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum of working on Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or similar field of study with an Early Childhood Teaching Credential
• Minimum of 4 YEARS experience required in a licensed childcare center serving infant & toddlers and/or preschoolers

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• CT School Readiness Program experience
• NAEYC Standards and Accreditation
• CT Early Learning Development Standards
• First Aide & CPR Certification w/CT Childcare Supplemental

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Starting salary range $33,300 to $41,600
• 2 weeks PAID Personal/Vacation time
• 3 weeks PAID program closed: April & July vacation week and Christmas week
• PAID Holidays
• That's 36 PAID DAYS OFF !!!
• PAID Snow days
• FREE COLLEGE FUNDING for various Early Childhood degree majors
