Volt has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Kearny Mesa, San Diego to help identify multiple entry level Pressure Washer Coaters / General Laborer for immediate hire. These are ENTRY LEVEL positions within a manufacturing environment.
As a entry level Pressure Washer Coaters / General Laborer you may assist with:
Minimum Qualifications
We are hiring for:
1st Shift - 5:30AM - 2PM ($18hr)
2nd Shift - 2PM - 10:30PM ($18.75hr)
Position is temp for 18 months with a company know to hire on our talent. Position may be extended or you may be able to convert to full time.

As a entry level Pressure Washer Coaters / General Laborer you may assist with:
- Sanding
- Shot blasting
- Spray coating
- Industrial painting
- Inspecting visually to ensure surface treatment meets specs
- Change filters, nozzles, hoses, as required on equipment
- Surface preparation includes cleaning, sanding, chipping, sand or water blasting, and patching
- General labor within a manufacturing environment
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous coating or industrial painting or pressure washing experience IDEAL but NOT required.
- Capable of qualifying for Respiratory Protection Training
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including the use of a respirator at times when spraying
