Pressure and Softwash Technician Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable individuals to join our team of cleaning services for the metro-Detroit area. We have been in business for 23 years. Experienced professionals preferred, but no experience necessary since we provide training. This position will require the know-how for operating various types of equipment to clean large and sometimes delicate areas. This includes but is not limited to parking structures, buildings, windows, cement, and large apartment complexes. Our ideal candidate has industry and/or outdoor work experience that includes: construction; window or carpet cleaning; roofing; landscaping, etc. and is willing to drive to different job site locations.

Pressure Washer Duties and Responsibilities

• Come to work everyday with an open mind for learning, and a positive attitude to work well with a team. This requires you to leave all your personal baggage at home, and not constantly checking your phone while on the job.
• Operate pressure washer machinery, surface cleaners, waterfed poles, ladders. Follow daily equipment and job checklists before and after each job, everyday.
• Where company attire, professional conduct, provide outstanding customer service.
• Keeping trucks and shop clean and organized
• Light data entry on desktop and tablets
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
• Mixing and applying solutions
• Attend weekly meetings
• Pressure Washer Requirements and Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle, with a clean driving record (we do conduct background checks.)
• Complete training requirements
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to stand extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
