MA Tech are recruiting for a Principal Product Manager for a key client of ours here in Ireland. This role is a permanent opportunity and is fully remote but candidates must be based in Ireland.

In this role you will have an opportunity to join a successful company who are striving within their industry. This is a great team in an even greater company with a role that will allow you to provide leadership and guide strategy for products and product line - developing and managing product development and product marketing plans. The Product Manager Principal will lead the product through all stages of the product’s life cycle including definition, development, release and post release activities.

• Determine and maintain software product and service requirements
• Work directly with the customers and partners to understand their needs and translate into requirements
• Evaluating and prioritizing requested product enhancements
• Presenting business opportunities to management and executives
• Develop product related marketing materials such as product release materials
• Conduct research and analysis of competitive information as needed
• Provide guidance to mentor more junior team members
• Product solution roadmaps in support of company objectives
• Define market strategy including positioning and benefits
• Create product forecasts
• Implement solution related marketing plans

• 7 plus years in a similar role within product and software
• Experience working in a regulatory financial sector would be advantageous
• Experience of understanding customer needs and the implementation of market strategy of products that address these needs
