Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Sam's Club is our membership warehouse club, a business model that provides our members with high-quality products at prices that are unrivaled by traditional retail. Sam's Club provides a carefully curated assortment of items, as well as developing and leading technologies and services such as Scan & Go, Club Pickup, and home delivery service in select markets. Sam's Club also provides travel, auto purchasing, pharmacy, optical, hearing aid centers, tire and battery centers, and a portfolio of business operations support services.

We're looking for an experienced program manager for technical operations that has a successful track record of leading large scale cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate is from a technology background and has the capability to lead cross functional team (Software engineers, Product managers, Business, UX) by applying best lean/agile practices.
About Team:

What you'll do:
  • Bring best in class agile practices across multiple teams, establish a robust delivery organization in a fast moving culture
  • Establish mechanism and coordinates multi-functional (e.g. Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales), diversely spread teams to drive the strategic business goals alignment
  • Facilitate and and execute plans for priority initiatives and product enhancement
  • Able to roll up sleeves and jump into granular details and guide teams based on the problem in hand
  • Define and drive product and service execution rhythms
  • Develop and drive clear, iterative roadmaps in a highly matrixed environment across the overall enterprise
  • Demonstrate a passion for details with the ability to ideate and problem solve actively with business leaders, product, and engineering stakeholders
  • Develop and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce that functions as a center of excellence in the clarity of business needs and corporate alignment and communication to all levels of the organization.
  • Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  • Stock equity incentives
