Always Compassionate Home Care is a licensed Home Health Care Agency that provides the highest quality of community home-based services, combined with exceptional compassion and innovation to enhance each patient’s quality of life.

We need experienced Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses (RN and LPN) who are comfortable working with patients in an at-home environment. We provide services that include private duty nursing through home infusion services. Our nurses will be working within the home setting, on a 1:1 basis. Our nurses will be providing medically relevant care based upon each client's diagnosis or disability. The hours and type of assignment would be dependable based on severity of disability.

We receive cases on a daily basis.

Job Requirements:

• Current NYS Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing License
• NYS Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing Registration
• BCLS or ACLS -The American Heart Association
• Physical (WITHIN ONE YEAR)
• PPD, Chest X-Ray or QuantiFERON Gold TB blood results
• MMR/Titers Lab Report
• Covid-19 Vaccination card
• Two forms for government ID’s
• Two letters or recommendation
• Covid-19 Vaccination card
