What you’ll be working on
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on the business need.
- Understand the business process/use case identified for automation at a program level.
- Work with business users to understand the use case business requirements.
- Create automation process flow based on the business requirements.
- Create PDD to capture the business requirements, automation approach and KPIs.
- Work with the technical solution team to create the technical requirements and act as a conduit between the business and technical team to address any clarifications during the entire development life cycle and go-live activity.
- Assist business SME’s during UAT.
