Responsibilities
- Responsible for the process design, operation and implementation
- To improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability
- To provide guidance and support to the Production Manager and Production Supervisors
- To assist in the development of processing and changeover plans
- To work with the Production Manager to make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
- To prepare and review project proposal, studies and technical reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 2 years of experience in Process Engineering
- Continuous improvement and lean tools
- Implement manufacturing processes
- CAD assembly drawing
- Proven work experience in process engineering
- Excellent technical skills
- Process Flow, PFMEA and Control Plan Experience
- Knowledge of process related standards
- Experience in process simulations
- Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
- CAD or AutoCad skills
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
